Tim Cook Praises Chinese AI Investment

Tim Cook praised Chinese AI company DeepSeek’s model during his visit to China. Due to local regulations, Apple is likely to partner with Alibaba’s Qwen model for AI operations in China, as OpenAI’s ChatGPT isn’t authorized there. Apple is also planning to invest $1 billion in Nvidia servers and build its own AI infrastructure with in-house chips.
